We source the finest, freshest ingredients and painstakingly tweak our recipes to continually improve both the taste and the texture of our sponges. Our buttercream is made with Madagascan vanilla pods and our covers are made from premium fondant icing to achieve a flawlessly smooth finish.
Every decoration is individually handmade and unique to your cake. We handcraft each and every petal to make our delicate, edible flower displays. Fine lace and contemporary designs provide the finishing touches as we strive to turn your dream cake into a reality
Sharon has a strong artistic flair with an eye for composition and the ability to balance colours & shades. A natural outlet for this was in interior design. Her talent in this field was complemented by her extremely discerning standards when it comes to the quality of every product. Sharon gave up permanent work several years ago to spend more time with her family. This gave her more time for baking with her youngest daughter, Ava. She has now been able to combine these 3 passions: design, quality and baking to create Bella Cakes.
