ll of our cakes are freshly made using the highest quality ingredients. Then filled with velvety smooth buttercream and a sumptuous, fruity conserve. We wrap all of our cakes in a luxurious Belgian chocolate ganache before covering with premium quality fondant for a flawless finish.

VANILLA

A traditional vanilla sponge cake drizzled with vanilla syrup and filled with vanilla buttercream and a choice of fruit conserves.

LEMON

Our beautiful lemon cake is made with freshly squeezed lemons and grated lemon zest. Lightly drizzled with a lemon syrup to create a deliciously moist and zesty cake.
Filled with a fresh lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

CHOCOLATE

An indulgent, rich chocolate cake made with luxurious Belgian chocolate. Filled with Belgian chocolate buttercream.

RED VELVET

This cake originated in New York City's famous Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. Romantically red sponge with a milder chocolate flavour and not quite as sweet as the traditional chocolate cake.

CARROT and PEACH CAKE

A delightful twist on the traditional carrot cake. The peach notes in this cake are subtle, the perfect blend of fruit and spice. Filled with vanilla buttercream or cream cheese.

FRUIT CAKE

A deliciously rich cake packed with plump fruit that has been soaked in brandy for a minimum of 2 months.
Covered in a white almond paste and finished with a silky smooth fondant.

COFFEE and WALNUT

A classic combination. An aromatic, Guatemalan handmade espresso to give this cake an authentic coffee flavour. Complemented with crushed walnuts and filled with an espresso coffee buttercream.

ROSE

One of the most delicate flavoured cakes. A hint of the Turkish Delight. Filled with a light rose flavoured buttercream.
